Working with several vendors, ComNet will begin testing online support, bringing true web-based client service integration.

With a proposed launch date of August 1, 2010, we hope to greatly reduce response time with real-time support. All services will be monitored by a departmental client service representative, providing faster communication and service.

All current contact methods, including phone support, will remain in place while offering an advanced form of communication.

ComNet will begin migrating clients to our new virtual systems. Teaming with our business associates, we will start transferring all our web-based clients, with 50 primary employees or less, to our new virtual-shared hosting service.

This will not only reduce recurring costs for our clients, primarily smaller organizations, but we will be able to provide a more stable platform, through a Microsoft infrastructure, than many of the open source solutions we have supported or tested in the past.

Ongoing support will continue for existing internal networks, and we will continue offering dedicated hosting service as in the past, with new alternatives of service emerging in mid-August. Third-party applications and systems will continue through current terms of service.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Technical Support.

Beginning today, ComNet Services will undertake a major restructuring venture.

With technology constantly changing, and the financial demands for many of our clients growing, we have begun reorganizing our services to better suit these changing demands. By outsourcing through our business partners and restructuring our divisions, we will be able to provide a far superior product and level of service to our clients.

By the middle of July, all our network design and support services will be transferred to our Systems Engineering division, primarily specializing in Microsoft technologies. Although we will continue to provide support for native systems, these projects will be maintained by our Special Projects division.

Virtual and dedicated hosting, desktop support, hardware replacement, and software upgrades will continue under a subsidiary of Systems Engineering, known as Systems Services. Any complex or advance issues will be relayed directly to the upper-level tier.

All our web site design and optimization services will be transferred to our new Web Services division. Although this service will be a separate entity from our primary divisions, we will continue to work closely, maintaining our high-level service.

At ComNet, we are truly excited about the impending changes and look forward to serving each client in the future.
